The construction of rural commercial bank customer relationship management system,to improve the rural commercial bank financial products and services for the purpose of market sale,in view of the current rural commercial bank customer management and separation of financial products and services,construction of information system,implementation and Optimization in order to improve the rural commercial bank financial products sales and service market profit for the purpose of customer relationship management.In order to achieve the purpose of the construction of rural commercial bank customer relationship management system the system construction,need to focus on include the following three parts.(1)management of basic information;The demand analysis,design and implementation of software engineering,requirement analysis of basic information management,and design the overall functional structure of basic information management,and the design of three layer system architecture using B/S J2 EE technology,based on customer information crud functionality,and financial products and services,the design and implementation of maintenance function the study.(2)rural commercial bank customer segmentationFor easy to fall into local optimal solution,the convergence speed is slow and the network configuration problems existing in BP neural network using genetic algorithm,the advantages of the intelligent network to determine the structure of BP neural network,through the design of chromosome encoding algorithm,the BP neural network structure and network parameters together.Then the parallel processing ability of the genetic algorithm,to achieve the global optimization function of BP neural network.And commercial bank customer segmentation using genetic algorithm and neural network algorithm,design personalized financial products and services,and lay a good foundation for financial products and services recommended.(3)recommendations for financial products and services;The decision tree using the principle of information theory based on the analysis of the information obtained,reflect the important feature category,has the features of less decision tree rule is simple,high classification accuracy,the mining using the C4.5 decision tree algorithm to carry out financial product purchase rules.So that customers can according to their real needs,quickly find the required products and services in a large number of Rural commercial bank financial products and services,improve the rural commercial bank financial products and services sales benefits.The rural commercial bank customer relationship management system test results show that the system meets the needs of users of the system,to the rural commercial bank customer relationship management system construction.
