In this thesis,a pilot bank is used as the basis of demand analysis,the customer relationship is managed from the perspective of buying business relationship,customer training management and customer manager service evaluation.Customer business relationships are understood through the management of customer products,through the management of customer training,customer needs are expressed more accurately,finally,through the customer manager service evaluation to improve customer service quality,the final integrated customer relationship management platform is realized.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)at present,the demand of bank customer relationship management is taken as the foundation,and a complete bank customer relationship management system integrating customer information management,customer product management,customer training management and customer service evaluation is constructed.In this paper,related business processes of bank customer relationship management are analyzed through unified modeling language(UML).On the basis of the analysis process,the user roles are analyzed,through the use case diagram system of customer information management,product management,customer training and management and customer service evaluation management four big function model is described,through use case,activity diagrams for detailed explanation of the system function model,the non-functional requirements of the system has been analyzed.(2)the system structure is designed based on.net framework,multilayer overall framework was designed,which includes database to support the platform layer,business logic and user interface,through UML sequence diagram,class diagram of the system each function module is designed,and the function of core algorithm described in detail,through Visio tools to design of system database model,system data model is designed,the core table was designed.(3)the system function module of.net development platform is adopted through C# language based on the design,including the module of customer information management,customer product management,customer training management and customer service evaluation.The system function test and performance test are completed.The test shows that the system runs stably and reliably,the function meets the expected business requirements and the performance meets the design requirements.At present,this system has been put into trial,and its application effect is good.It can realize the comprehensive office mode of bank's customer relationship management that integrates product sales,customer training and service quality evaluation,and the informatization level of bank's customer relationship management has been comprehensively improved.
