| With the rapid growth of Chinese financial sector, there are also loads of changes,such as sharp expansions of financial institutions, increasingly regulated and fiercely competitive market. As a result, it is customer resources that have become a key point in competitions among commercial banks currently. Because customer resources,particularly those larger and better ones, can be the essence of Rural Commercial Banks' high profitability. However, continuing drag new customer resources, retaining existing resources and making a efficient classification based on customers' status quo can not be achieved in the same time, which can be solved through establishing high-quality customer relationship management to replacing tradditional one.Therefore, there are application practicability and market space in the development of high-quality customer relationship management.Basing on the full investigations and analysises of customer relationship management of Rural Commercial Bank, using concepts of object-oriented design and principles of software engineering, this paper designs and implements a high quality customer relationship management system. The system's development is based on.NET 2010, back-end database using SQL Server 2008 database system. Main functions of QCRM include logon rights, information, customer type, service reminder, system management, marketing services. This paper describes the development process according to the software cycle, from the system requirements to system design, as well as to implementation and testing systems.The service level and ability to earn profits of Rural Commercial Banks will be improved obviously by proper implementation of QCRM system illustrated in this paper. Moreover, due to the smooth running of system and opinion changing of customer management, QCRM system together with its efficient operation will become more and more important in banks and other financial sector and help banks occupy height in the market competition. |
