Faced with the increasingly fierce market competition environment,commercial banks need to speed up the pace.On the basis of understanding the domestic and foreign markets,it will enhance their competitiveness as the key link of development.Commercial banks want to be in the financial industry to sustainable development and remain invincible.They must always take the customer groups as the core part,to understand the needs of customers through continuous communication and communication with customers,in addition to providing appropriate financial products,should also develop to meet customer demand for financial services.Compared with other financial industries,commercial banks have unique advantages in terms of technology and talent.With the rapid development of computer technology and network information technology,the major domestic and foreign banks have begun to play "information technology advantage of Internet +X,customer relationship management information system and actively develop the application of computer terminal.With in the financial industry,the same can not be separated from the effective support of information technology,and then generated Relationship based Customer Relationship Management(CRM)system.It is built on the basis of information technology,and more comprehensive financial services,data information and customer relationship management,information management system to achieve the management concept,development strategy,and build the financial service mode.In the thesis,the general trend of development of the financial industry and the characteristics of the judgment on the basis of the analysis,in order to Linwu commercial bank as an example,through the investigation and analysis of the characteristics and needs of the specific situation,and clarify the customer relationship management system which can provide services for the banking system to determine the specific needs and.On this basis,put forward with the help of advanced IT technology,combined with the architecture of B/S Java EE,a M VC framework based on the technology and method according to software engineering,more specifically describes the system function modules,database design,system realization and test scheme is given the system detailed.The implementation of this system is crucial to improve the core competitiveness of the commercial banks,cultivate customer loyalty and speed up the pace of development.
