Bank customer relationship management system is an important medium between bank and customer to establish informatization relevance.During the management procedures of customer relationship,problems such as information untimely handling and difficult sharing often occur.Therefore,it is necessary to set up a management information system to manage the bank customer relationship permanently,providing the basis for customer information sharing between different banks.The dissertation designs and implements a B/S based system,using script at the client to establish data communication with the server.After accomplishing functional requirement analysis,object-oriented design tools are applied to set up the system model.Furthermore,the corresponding model evaluation index is given and relevant examples based on the model are established to verify the rationality and validity of the designed model.First of all,the current situations of bank CRM system are described and the problems existing in the business management of the management information system are pointed out,and the main contents of the system research considering the actual situations are given.Next,the basic concept of MVC design pattern in the system development is introduced and system requirements are analyzed,and the preconditions of the development of the CRM system are put forward.Then,to solve the concrete problems of different users,object-oriented software design and development tools are utilized to perform function modeling and coding.MVC three-tier framework is used to establish backstage sub-system,and jQuery technology is applied to achieve client and server data interaction without refresh.The following functions are implemented to improve information management level of banks: product information management,customer relationship management,sale management,complaint management,customer statistical analysis and system management.Finally,the test cases are designed according to the function requirements to ensure the correct operations of the functions.The system solves the problem of customer relationship deterioration caused by the complicated procedures of customer relationship management.At the same time,customer information sharing is presented to improve the efficiency of bank management staff.
