Along with the rapid development of information technology and e-commerce,and the rapid growth of national wealth to the traditional banking business has brought challenges but also to the emerging bank customer relationship management has brought a broader space for development.In this intense market environment,to understand the actual needs of enterprises and customers,and tailor-made for the development of personalized service,which has become a bank can be a decisive factor in the success.Now the banking industry as well as the entire financial system,customers become the decisive factor,how according to customer requirements,to bring customers more personalized private products and exclusive services,which is the future of the key to the success of commercial banks.Which is bound to the inevitable support of information technology,customer relationship management(Customer Relationship Management)referred to as CRM,is to improve the management level to tap the effective data of the right-hand man.This paper first analyzes the theory and tools of the design and development of the system.In the aspect of theory tools,it is mainly the research and analysis of customer relationship management theory,which is the professional basic theory of customer relationship management system of commercial banks.It is a new application of bank information system.In software development,Delphi and Microsoft Windows graphics are used and analyzed.User interface design,after a comprehensive comparison,decided to use B/S architecture model,the language structure using JavaEE model for development.Then,this paper analyzes the functions and performance requirements of the customer relationship management system of commercial banks.On the basis of requirement analysis,the overall framework and modules of the system are designed.The system is divided into account management module,system management module,customer information Management module,customer business management module,customer information query module,system help and so on.And the program flow and key code of each module are designed and realized.The test results can be seen: the management system to complete the management of customer relationships,system security can be well controlled.
