In recent years, in view of the influx of a large number of foreign banks as well as the changes of operating environment of Chouzhou commercial banks, it made Chouzhou commercial banks face a more complex marketenvironment.Competitiveness of Chouzhou commercial banks mainly reflected in the snatch of the quality customers, especially those customers who can bring huge benefits to Chouzhou commercial banks. In order to improve the competitiveness,Chouzhou commercial banks need the support of individual quality customer relationship management system(Personal Customer Relationship Management, namely PCRM).The main work is summarized as follows:1. an overview of the contents of the individual quality customer relationship management system, features and major categories, outline the nature and the implementation contentof individual banks quality customer relationship management system and other unique, the anlysis of some key technologies, Personal quality customer relationship management systems database technology is analyzed in detail,and so are the three-tier system structure and network technology.2. Based on the overall structure and design criteria of bank personal quality customer relationship management system, the thesis describes the functional requirements and performance requirements of the system.The main function modules of the system were established, where the main function modules are include user information and communications modules, user assessment, systems, marketing and other management modules to establish PCRM system database.3. Under.NET and SQL Server environment, network architecture PCRM system of Chouzhou commercial banks has also been carried out corresponding analysis, also the key features of the implementation process in PCRM system have also been studied in detail, including the delineation of several client types. Then, deploy and optimize the PCRM system, and do the final testing system. This study demonstrates Chouzhou Commercial Bank PCRM system is operation feasible.
