Design And Implementation Of Official Document Management System Based On MVC Architecture

E-government is listed as the primary task of realizing informatization work,compared with the developed countries,the domestic development of e-government work is still the initial period,whether it is involved in research on realization theory of content,or is related to technology implementation,there are many deficiencies.In terms of standard information,although there are several guidelines for guiding practice in developing e-government in China,these specifications have not been formally perfected,and there are many deficiencies in their development.Thus,the system that is set up by different agencies does not have excellent compatibility effect,weak technical force,and the effect of scalability and stability need to be improved.In this paper,the public security document management system is constructed according to the form of MVC architecture design and implementation.First of all,the realization of content development to make inquiry effective analysis,clarify the key content of processing system,explore the existing system lack of performance management during the period,the combination of these key content information and lack of performance of the system to achieve optimal design analysis;secondly,the system needs a clear analysis of demand function the effect of contact with the development status and realize workflow,system functions to give detailed and the flow of information,and expand the effective analysis of the non functional needs of content;then,on the overall scheme of the system is related to the implementation of the design issues.Not only is required for the system structure design,and document sending and receiving control realization needs to analyze content to design various functions module content effect strong design,construct the database form effective function;finally,the resource model and many other modules to complete code editing,and gives the effective information interface.Contact the whole function of the system to achieve the effect,expand the effective test and control analysis,and make clear that the system has a good effect.This system is very concerned about the introduction of new technology issues during the implementation of design and development,in the development of tools selection is also a reference to the Java statement to complete,especially after the introduction of workflow technology to complete data management,the system can not only ensure the income structure is more accurate and reliable,but also security effect and its subsequent maintenance aspects have been achieved to ensure the enhancement,e-government can effectively expand related work.
