The Research And Realization Of Document Management In E-Government Based On Workflow Technology

E-government is a change in government management. Government information is the foundation of the information society, The vigorous development of e-government has become an important part of political reform and innovation,At the same time, the documents management received extensive attention from all sectors of society as The leading information technology which is the substantial of government information.With the continuous advancement of electronic technology, solutions of government Document Management are emerging.In this context, it seems particularly important to the development of e-government. Administrative procedures for the application and development,convenient and quicker to construct e-government system, has become urgent solution. In this paper, by analyzing the research in this field, introduced workflow theory and research methods, research and realize the topic combining MVC design pattern.First, it will put the workflow model of WFMC combined with the e-government system, and proposed a government office automation system based on the work flow model.Second, it response to the process model, organization model ,process model validation, examples of model, document and process binding to design,and design Parallel, serial and options routing algorithm.Third, it against to the transfer of document in government departments to establish process model .By analyzing the file transfer between different departments and personnel of the workflow, the paper design process management, correspondence tracking, task list of users and the other.In addition, this system design and implementation of other modules, such as conference management, information dissemination, etc.Finally, the paper describes the practical application of methods of file transfer system, the implementation and operation, and shows the feasibility of using workflow technology basis on examples of file transfer.
