Document Management System, Network Environment

The Document Management System is very important eighter in governments or in enterprises, but new requirements are raised with the fleeting achievement of information technology and computer networks in recent years. According to the characteristic of Document Management System this thesis divides it into two parts-Document Circulation System and Document Management System , and comes up with a method for design Document Circulation System based on woikflow ,and a subject facing design method for Document Management System based on multi-dimension data structure. The two methods can fairly improve the document circulation, and they also make the document query and management more convenient and faster. In the end, the thesis demonstrates both methods with an actual instance.
