Oa System Based On Distributed Workflow

The development of OA system based on distributed workflow has been a novel idea in the OA field since its emergence in the last part of 1990抯. Its goal is to make use of the distributed workflow technique to automate kernel processes of enterprises so that the efficiency and decision-making can be greatly improved. As a group cooperative technology, Workfiow Management provides the effective technical and applicable support for the implement of OA System. The thesis discusses the distributed workflow based on OA System and its supporting technologies, including distributed workflow management, workflow execution control, OA system design based on workflow architecture, OA document access control. We have carried out in-depth research into all four aspects. At first, a systematic survey of OA system and workflow management research is given, including products, specifications and research tendency, and then the study objectives and contents of this thesis are presented. Secondly, as for distributed workflow management, we analyze the typical distributed workflow systems, discuss system function models, architecture based on distributed workflow engine, and data distribution strategy. As for workflow execution control, we build the distributed workflow execution environment. After the analysis of workflow design goal, we implement the workflow engine based on relation structure, which has higher scalability, availability and integration. Moreover, we also discuss the logic schedule strategy of workflow engine in detail. As for OA system design based on workflow, we analysis the trend of the OA development, build the general system model, introduce the design method including process design, workflow extraction, system integration and so on. As for document management of OA system, we give a role-based document access control policy; build the mathematics model and analyze it. Thirdly, we introduce the design and implementation of a distributed workfiow management system platform BaseFlow and an OA System Sunny-OA based on BaseFlow, which is developed by ourselves according to the technique discussed in the thesis. The BaseFlow platform provides the effective support for business process management. In addition, it also can support distributed disposal, visual modeling and monitoring, provide plenty of workfiow APIs. Then, an application system based on BaseFlow, Sunny Information System of ZheJiang Tobacco Company is introduced. It is an exemplification of how our platform can be effectively applied. Finally, this thesis discusses about future trend that the DWorkflow-based OAsystem and its development t should and will head into.
