The Design And Implementation Of Administrative Document Management System City Government At The County Level

Linan city currently in document management still relies on paper manual management, this management way is not only low efficiency, high cost, and artificial operation inevitably has some negative effects. At the same time facing the organization structure and process changes, how to improve the office management mode of development, has become a new subject of document management informatization. The workflow technology has brought the very good solution to this problem.In this thesis, the administrative documents management system is developed based on the mature development of software engineering thinking, using the ASP.NET technology and the Java script language. The main functions of the system contain document management, workflow and workflow settings and so on. First of all, the relevant requirements document management is analyzed, the whole system is designed combined with the concept of workflow, system requirements analysis the contents and the corresponding role permissions are specified. Then in view of the document management, function design and architecture design of the whole system are carried on. Finally, the entire document management system is implemented on the basis of system design, system function display interface and process implementation are put forword after clear implementation environment, at same time oncurrent technology of workflow is introduced. The test cases of system function and interface are displayed.The whole system can not only meet the existing demand, at the same time, the workflow technology, which makes the system flexibility greatly enhanced.This system is put into operation in linan city for a period of time, the feedback is good. The system improves the efficiency of clerical work, promotes the linan city government management progress; improves the efficiency of linan city government document endorsement, enhances the level of office management.
