Design And Implementation Of Document Processing System For Tax Based On Workflow

In the land tax department information processing, there are many documents need to be transmitted and processed. These documents are from within the tax department, but also from other external units. Document processing methods are constantly changing, and the traditional approach is manual processing. With the continuous changes in the way of communication, people use e-mail. Now with the "Internet +" era, these methods are changing again. Today, a document processing system based on Internet came into being. It is based on workflow technology to achieve, is a supplement to the office automation system. Through the document processing system, can speed up the speed of document turnover, improve office efficiency, improve service levels, saving office costs, and Conducive to information sharing.In the Dali State Local Taxation Bureau, with the increase in workload, a number of new departments added. This makes the tax department's organizational structure more complex. In the daily business process, more document information needs to be passed. Currently in the Inland Revenue Department has a document processing system for file transfer, but the system version older, inefficient, and the application of office automation has undergone serious disjoint. In view of this, the Dali Local Taxation Bureau in order to improve the efficiency of document circulation, improve service levels, decided to further upgrade the system. Based on the current technology development and work needs, a set of workflow-based document processing system was put on the agenda. In the study, the work includes the following points:First, this paper analyzes the background of Dali Local Taxation Bureau, and analyzes the shortcomings of existing document processing mode. In view of these shortcomings, this paper further puts forward constructive suggestions for improvement, and then draws out the research and development needs of the system,so as to determine the main research content of this paper;Second, determine in the Dali Inland Revenue Department who will use thesystem. The users are classified and summarized, and the main roles of the system are obtained. And according to the needs of users, the system's functional requirements are identified, including: receipt of management, document management, archiving management, document circulation and statistical analysis. A stable application system requires not only complete functional analysis, but also the performance parameters of the system constraints to be explained. The paper also gives the constraint description of the system performance parameters;Thirdly, the software architecture and network architecture of the system are designed based on the workflow technology. Software architecture design affects the development cycle of the system, after its design, can make some basic code be reused, conducive to cooperation between the team and shorten the development cycle.The design of the system network architecture is affected by the current physical equipment. The degree of the equipment configuration determines whether the system performance is stable. On the basis of functional requirements, the functional architecture of the system is described in detail, and the detailed functional description is given in the form of flow chart. Document processing system has data information, text messages and file information. Because of the existence of different information, so its storage is not the same. In order to meet the needs of document storage, this paper also introduces the database design of the system in detail.Finally, the Java language and Oracle 10 g database technology were used to realize the function of the system. The system is based on the SSH framework, and the technology is introduced in detail in this paper. Through the testing of the system after the realization, the system has reached the user's development needs.Document processing system is expected to be used in Dali Inland Revenue Department. System develops in strict accordance with the requirements of the Inland Revenue Department document development requirements. The system enhances the standardization of document circulation, ensures the information security of documents and realizes the permanent preservation of document information. The on-line operation of the system greatly saves the office cost of the Inland Revenue Department, and provides reference value and reference for the research and development of the document processing system of other departments.
