Children are the future of the motherland.Reading is an important way for children to understand the world and their ideas.It is imperative to carry out children's reading promotion activities.Nowadays,thereare various forms of children's reading promotion activities.Publishing organizations and libraries are the main bodies responsible for cultural inheritance.The effectiveness of reading promotion activities is closely related to the level of reading for all.Therefore,the publishing community and the library community are united.It is a general trend to carry out children's reading promotion activities.In fact,although China's publishing industry and libraries have accumulated some experience in actively participating in reading and promotional activities,it has not been as effective as the publishing community and the library community at home and abroad.Compared with foreign countries,China's publishing industry and the library community are not mature enough to carry out reading and promotion activities and need to learn from abroad.The author takes the optimization of the cooperation between China's publishing industry and the library community in carrying out children's reading promotion activities as a starting point,combining theoretical analysis,literature analysis and reading promotion case analysis to form this article.There are six chapters in this article.Chapter ? Introduction.In this chapter,the research background of this paper,the research status and research review of reading promotion at home and abroad,the aim and meaning of this paper,the methodology and the content frame of this paper are introdued.Chapter ? The children's reading promotion concepts and importance and related theories.This chapter mainly expounded the relevant concepts of children's reading promotion.Relevant theories include cognitive development theory,children's psychological theory,and classification reading theory.Chapter ? The Necessity and Feasibility of Libraries and Publishers'Reading Promotion Cooperation.This chapter mainly through a large number of documents and data,the Library Collaborative Press carried out the necessity and feasibility analysis of the promotion of children's reading activities,and introduced the examples and characteristics of foreign activities,and the specific contents were elaborated.Chapter IV The Present Situation and Predicament of Children's Reading Promotion Activities in Our Country's Libraries and Publishers.In this chapter,the analysis of the basic status quo of children's reading promotion activities of libraries and publishing houses,interviews with parents and children participating in library reading and publishing activities for children in this region,and analyzing the characteristics of children's reading promotion activities in libraries and publishers in China.Dilemma.It can be summarized as "two insufficiency + two lacks." The first is the lack of support from national policies.Second,in the process of cooperation between libraries and publishing houses to promote children's reading activities,reading activities lack the classification of children's age.The third is the lack of overall scientific planning before the event and effective evaluation after the event.Fourth,the reading activities of library coordinative presses to promote children are lacking in novelty and breadth and are too traditional and rigid.Chapter ? The Libraries cooperated with publishers to optimize children's reading promotion activities.In this chapter,to formulate relevant policies,provide policy and financial support for the government,and promote the construction of cooperative coordination mechanism;Popularizing effect scientific evaluation,establishing effective evaluation mechanism;Promotion object classification,age sex difference classification;Cultivate compound talents,perfect talent incentive mechanism.Chapter ? The conclusion and the expectations.In this chapter,the conclusions of this paper are given and the research prospects are suggested.
