In this paper, sampling fromSoutheast University, Wuhan University, Zhengzhou University, Zhejiang Normal Universityand Nanyang Normal University, five schools of different levels, the Southeast Universitylibrary, Nanyang Normal University library, Wuhan University library, Zhengzhou Universitylibrary and Zhejiang Normal University library reading promotion activities carried out adetailed analysis and introduction. At the same time, the universities library managementpersonnel for a visit, to know in the course of conversation, libraries of colleges anduniversities in China are lack of the professional team of the library, lack of theoreticalknowledge, long-term mechanism is not sound and the other problems in reading promotionactivities, and aiming at the problems put forward their views and suggestions.
