With the development of the financial market reform,the competition among the domestic banking industry is becoming more and more fierce.The bank's business model is "product centric" to "customer centric" in order to rapidly enhance the core competitiveness.How to understand customers,insight into customers,so as to maintain customers and develop customers is the problem faced by domestic banks.With the continuous progress and development of information technology,many jobs are becoming more efficient and automated.The gradual transformation of banking operations from manual operations to automated information processing.Therefore,the bank's CRM system came into being.At present,the banking CRM system is divided into three categories: operational(OCRM),analytical(ACRM)and collaborative(CCRM).By analyzing the marketing and management of * * bank,the OCRM system is more suitable for the operation and development of * * banks.In this thesis,through the analysis of * * bank OCRM system demand analysis of the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of two aspects of the overall requirements In the functional requirements analysis,according to the system user role to classify business functions,and through functional description,business needs and business processes three aspects of analysis.Non-functional requirements include performance requirements and security requirements.Based on the demand analysis,this thesis introduces the outline design on the overall system architecture,data structure and technical framework of the three aspects,then introduces the detailed design of several key functions,the database of the outline design and logic design.This thesis introduces two key technologies of OCRM platform authentication management,menu authorization,and the implementation process of customer ranking,team management and system management functions,and describe the implementation process and the result of functional testing and performance testing.
