As a special participant in economic system, commercial banks play an important role in any country's economy and financial system, it is the country's central bank monetary policy transmission station, and the hub of the global economy. With the diversification of social economic activities and the improvement of people's living standard, the commercial bank business has changed from the traditional counter service to informational service like electronic and mobile terminal. Besides maintaining the traditional savings business, commercial banks need to expand to financial business, optimize traditional financial products with the reference of traditional financial products and make full use of modern science and technology, put more effort in developing new mobile and on-line electronic financial projects. With the increase varieties and volume of commercial bank financial products, accounts will be more stable, and banks will establish corresponding management system, provide better financial services to bank customers, and develop diversified service including investment consulting, finance guidance, agency business etc., reduce the banking deposit loss brought by the capital market and industry competition, strengthen the business of commercial bank. To adapt to changes in financial environment and business, commercial banks need to strengthen accounts management with advanced information technology, 360 view and multi-functional service system.This topic proposes new demands for accounts management under the circumstance of accounts management police change and impact by new financial environment. And based in the new demands, explores the design and feasibility of developing accounts management systems for commercial banks from aspects of business, technology and operation. Furthermore elaborate the specific content of the account management business of commercial banks, followed by the design and development based on demand analysis, and how we achieved the system design process from the logic frame, function module, database and other aspects of the design. There are total 7 function modules in the process, which is basic data setting, account management, deposit management, trans-remittance management, financial management and system management. At the end we provide the testing and validation on the system's reliability, availability and feasibility with considering the implementation and operation. Through the finding of testing problems, further enhance the system with amendments to standardize business management and operational procedures of commercial banks, keep the customers and increase customer satisfaction, which helps the bank to win more market share and enhance the overall competitiveness.
