With the development of economy,the most important resource of any enterprise is customer resource.With the development of information technology for many years,commercial banks can generally achieve intelligence and automation in banking business processing,and higher degree of information technology.In order to adapt to the development of banks,commercial banks need to develop a customer relationship management system of commercial banks,which is customer-centered and provides differentiated services,in order to improve their core competitiveness.First this paper analyses the needs and feasibility of customer relationship management in commercial banks;Secondly,it introduces the overall framework design of the system and the detailed design of functional modules.The system uses ASP.NET technology and SQL Server2008 database,uses B/S mode three-tier architecture to build a hierarchical structure,and develops a complete customer-oriented system.The basic customer comprehensive information database is used to realize the system of classifying and sorting out customer information and dynamic evaluation.At last,through testing,it proves that the system has relatively complete functions,and realizes customer information management,information query management,customer marketing management,system user management,customer information analysis and customer evaluation.User analysis,system maintenance and so on,and safe and reliable,easy to operate,strong interaction ability,can meet the needs of commercial banks daily business processing.
