In recent years, as the fast expansion of financial markets and the continuousdevelopment of capital market, the traditional financial service is facing manychallenges. How to establish and develop a more stable, long-term, comprehensivecustomer relationship, it is significant to the commercial banks nowadays.On the other hand, with the rapid development of information technology, thecustomer relationship management (CRM) based on computer networks has beencontinuous applied in a lot of industries, especially the big commercial banks. Somelarge commercial banks at home and abroad, have designed and developed their ownCRM system based on network technologies to maintain and develop the bankcustomers.In this thesis, a new CRM system which is based on J2EE is being designed andimplemented. And the author of this thesis is one of the main team members in buildingthe new CRM system for a certain commercial bank. The following items are discussedand in this thesis:Firstly, the thesis elaborates the latest progress of the domestic and foreigncommercial bank CRM system, and expounds the commercial significance and businessvalue of the construction of commercial bank CRM system based on J2EE.Secondly, based on the introduction of the characteristics and main banking CRMsystem, the design and implementation of commercial bank CRM system aredemonstrated from the following aspects: the basis of the J2EE technology, J2EEand.NET architecture superiority comparison, MVC design pattern, system architectureand Web database technology, etc.Thirdly, the requirements and the functionalities of the CRM system for thecommercial bank are analyzed and studied. With the supplementary of the flow charttechnique and the UML activity diagram, the roles management of the system, theservice management, the marketing management, and the statistical analysis module areexplored and investigated from the design and implementation point of view in details.Fourthly, according to the analyzed principles of the overall design and the softwarearchitecture, the CRM for the commercial bank is employing improved three-tier B/Sarchitecture design based on J2EE. Aditionally, from the system database designprinciples, system data entity relationship and system test scheme design, the detaileddesign to CRM for the commercial bank is explained and introduced there.Fifthly, this thesis describes the implementation of the commercial bank customer relationship management system based on J2EE from the following aspects in details:the system development environment, the realization of the realization of the Web layer,business layer and database access connection pool implementation and the realizationof the five key subsystems.Finally, in order to avoid the operation restriction of the commercial bank customerrelationship management system based on J2EE, in order to improve the reliability ofsystem operation, this thesis adopts the unit test, function test, integration test, load testand other testing way has carried on the analysis to system design test cases.
