With opening to the public and the rapid development of economy after the entryof WTO, China’s banking industry must slowly change their mode of developmentunder development. The banking industry as the main pillar of the economy of ourcountry is facing huge competition from two aspects of domestic and abroad. Thecompetition between the same industry in the domestic and the domestic banks haveto go out by opening to the public in the abroad aspect, so as to increase the industry’sinternational competition between. As the pillar industry of banking are indispensablein the country and the world, to play a national and regional economic messenger role.So the domestic banks must improve their own quality, to increase competitiveness.This paper analyzes the current status of domestic banks, on the basis of detailedanalysis of the business process and function, combined with the data to the designand implementation of a bank customer relationship management system of miningtechnology.Customer Relationship Management is a kind of to improve the Relationshipbetween a user and the enterprise new Management mechanism. Its main applicationin enterprise’s marketing, service and technical support areas relevant to the user. Canachieve lower costs, reduce the intermediate links, to expand new areas, and it canincrease the interaction between enterprises and users. With the development ofscience and technology, CRM has been gradually transformed into a new businessidea. According to related statistics, CRM systems around the world software marketin2011to2015between the annual growth rate reached10%. All walks of life,therefore, the demand for CRM is growing. With the integration of various high-techinformation technology, many were added to the CRM system, such as large datastorage, such as artificial intelligence and data mining, are in the process of CRMsystem using obtained significant results. The commercial bank is a branch of one ofthe most representative, their customers’ growing also shows the urgent demand forCRM system. And with the increasing of data, or even multiple amplification, how toeffectively find the potential customer information from a large amount of data hasbecome a must need to solve current problems.Based on the above background, the present situation and the topic significanceof CRM system to carry on the design and realization of the bank. The bank customerrelationship system designed by this paper is the use of JSP programming languageand SQL Server2005database to complete together, using object-oriented method,design and implementation of banking customer relationship system. Analysis anddesign the bank customer relationship system of static model and dynamic model,completed the analysis, design, and implementation of system development work.This bank customer relationship systems through Web way to complete the user interaction with the system, system function modules of the specific customermanagement module, business information management module, statisticalinformation management module. The development of this system USES the existingmature technology for reference, sharing source code as a template, combined withthe actual needs of this course web site analysis and functional adjustment, discussesthe process of using JSP development bank customer relationship system.
