Customer relationship management is an indispensable part of the development of commercial banks,and plays a very important role in the management of commercial banks and decision-makers.The use of information technology to bank customer information has been sorted and managed,not only to ensure that the user relationship management and accurate output and output,but also to sort out the existing customer contact between the existing customer information statistics,which Is conducive to the promotion and development of banking business.Compared with the traditional manual management methods,computer management has many advantages,such as: low cost,large amount of management information,fast retrieval,long management cycle,double query,good confidentiality and data integrity.These advantages of computer management can greatly improve the efficiency of bank customer relationship management.The main purpose of this paper is to design a customer relationship management system for a commercial bank.Firstly,it introduces the research background and significance of the system and the current research situation.After analyzing several popular development software and technologies,by comparing their The advantages and disadvantages of this paper to determine the development of software and technology used.Secondly,this paper analyzes the functional requirements of the customer relationship management system of commercial banks,and gives the corresponding business processes.The system developed includes five functions: risk management,customer service management,employee management,basic configuration management and customer data management.Module,and briefly introduced the design and implementation of these modules.At the same time,the operation flow and processing sequence diagram of each main function module are given in this paper.Database design and naming are done for each module,and the data table required by the system is designed.Finally,this paper also tests the system design,gives the test summary,test cases and test results.The customer relationship management system of commercial bank mainly adopts MVC mode and.NET technology,SQL Server database development.All the functional modules are divided into three layers: database,view layer and logical layer,which improve the system's extensibility and Maintainability.This article designs the commercial bank customer relations management system through the highly effective method to manage the customer relations,the end result largely enhances the customer to the bank the satisfaction degree,and enhances the bank the work efficiency,these advantages all for our country commercial bank later Expand new products,services or markets and improve the competitiveness of China's commercial banks in the world market has a very important role.
