The effective operation of the current commercial banks requests a higher level of electrical and informational system to support.Only with an effective and safe full-flow credit system can banks fulfill the management requirements,which means to center the customers,to elevate the quality of the management to the more exquisite,as well as to prevent and/or control risks at all levels.Under this background,this article has carried on the elaboration to the customer relationship management system of commercial bank.The CRM system of commercial bank developed in this paper has established a information and communication platform for banks and customers to solve the asymmetry of enterprise and bank information.The system constructs a customer relationship management model which integrates customer basic information,product related information,sales information and service information.In addition,the system has established a multi-level customer credit evaluation system,and build a customer credit evaluation model.Through the customer credit evaluation model,the system can complete the credit assessment of enterprises to ensure the security of credit transactions.In the paper,a comprehensive comparative analysis is conducted on the current banking credit systems firstly,both home and abroad through multiple case studies.Through the multi-layer analysis from different perspectives,the author then provides a prediction on the trending and future direction on commercial credit systems.The analysis serves as a good foundation for the system design and development.On this basis,the demand of the whole process of credit management system are analyzed from two aspects: the functional requirements analysis and the non functional requirements analysis.Then the system logic architecture,network topology architecture,function modules architecture and the database are designed.The Ext JS framework,Tomcat server,J2 EE development technology and My SQL database and other key technologies employed in this system are systematically developed.In this paper,the detailed design and implementation of customer management,credit products management,customer credit evaluation,credit contact,marketing management and customer consulting service management have been completed.At last,the system is strictly tested,and the test environment,test plan and test results are offered.After testing,the CRM system of commercial bankis proved to be stable and correct in the course of operation and has achieved the purpose of the system development.At present,the CRM system of commercial bank has been put into the actual bank credit business,and greatly improve the efficiency of the bank credit business,ana is also convenient for customers for bank credit business.So it achieves the purpose of system development.From the strict internal supervision of commercial banks,the CRM system of commercial bank standardizes the bank's credit business process,which helps the bank to control the financial risk,improve the work efficiency,reduce the operating cost,improve its own income,and obtain the good development prospect.
