With the development of economic globalization,the business environment of enterprises changes.The focus of enterprise competition has transferred from material resources,capital competition to human resources that is the key for development of enterprises.Efficiently managing the human resources in enterprises is the advantage of enterprise competitive and the key problem to be solved.With the progress of information technology more and more enterprises sort the process of human resources management system and optimize the human resources management,which improve their competitive advantages.In view of the backward management and low level of information management in small and medium-sized enterprises,the system is designed and implemented based on the WCF technologies.The main content of this research is as follows:1.In this article,the human resources management system based on WCF technology and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database is designed and implemented,solving the problems in human resources management such as difficulty in information sharing,high repetitive and inefficient work between different functions and difficulty to extend system.2.This article analyses the requirements of human resources management in the small and medium-sized enterprises.The system is designed including the system overall design,function design,database design.The code implementation of key functional modules and interface design are given in this article.The function and performance of the system are tested by the testing methods.The system can improve the efficiency of human resources management,help enterprises to speed up the reaction in the competitive markets,provide strong support for the decision-making and enhance enterprises competitiveness.
