IT software information technology is constantly bringing revolutionary changes to People's Daily production and life style,and constantly promoting the process of China's economic globalization.However,the accelerating construction of information technology provides a huge market for enterprises and at the same time brings greater competitive pressure to enterprises.As we all know,the competition between enterprises is the competition of talents in the final analysis.To ensure the normal development of an enterprise,it is very important to have professional and excellent talents.However,due to many reasons and restrictive factors,in many small and medium-sized IT enterprises,these outstanding talents are difficult to display their talents,or due to some reasons,a large number of talents quit,the outflow phenomenon is very serious.Especially for small and medium-sized IT enterprises in China,software research and development talents are still in short supply,and high-end research and development talents are in short supply.If an enterprise lacks a stable research and development team,IT will inevitably face market risks due to the lack of talents.As a kind of intangible assets of IT enterprises,the loss of software R&D talents represents the loss of intangible assets,but also the loss of valuable resources.Although,in the enterprise a certain number and proportion of turnover will not affect the development of the enterprise,it can inject new blood for the enterprise,enhance the vitality of enterprises,but if an enterprise staff turnover exceeded certain limit,especially the enterprises huge loss of core staff if in the short term,on the whole the operation and development of the enterprise caused many adverse effects.This paper starts with the serious loss of software R&D personnel in China's small and medium-sized IT enterprises,mainly from the internal and employee's own two aspects of the factors to in-depth discussion.Questionnaire survey was carried out for software R&D personnel of small and medium-sized IT enterprises,and the questionnaire was collected,and multivariate statistical analysis was carried out on the collected questionnaire data with SPSS statistical analysis software to verify the hypothesis.The comprehensive analysis shows that the factors influencing the turnover of software R&D personnel include gender,age,marital status,working years,resignation experience,personal emotion,salary and welfare,work interest,company management and incentive mechanism,etc.Finally,according to the conclusions of statistical analysis and research,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to reduce the loss of R&D personnel:(1)improve the recruitment management process from the source;(2)Improve the salary,welfare and incentive mechanism;(3)Improve the staff training system;(4)Provide a more relaxed and free working environment to improve employees' working enthusiasm.Through the improvement of enterprise human resource management system to reduce the turnover rate of IT enterprise software research and development personnel,to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.At the same time,I hope to provide some reference for reducing the turnover rate of software R&D personnel in small and medium-sized IT enterprises through my research.
