For the promotion of China's auto parts industry's development, the small and medium-sized auto parts enterprises as a new force in China's auto parts industry, have been provided with increasingly important significance. However, small and medium-sized auto parts enterprise informatization level is still low and poor management norms, customer resource management is still in the management of human subjectivity, which can no longer accommodate the development of small and medium-sized auto parts enterprises demand. Therefore, similar to LDB automobile light auto parts enterprises are small and medium enterprises that business contacts through the process of the data records, customer information and establish access to files and business contacts process files of enterprises operating expenses and income changes , timely customer loyalty and its contribution rate of the enterprise changes in the enterprise business staff changes occurred, and continue to maintain business relationships, the decision-making for enterprise support. Therefore, how to user needs, design and realization of auto parts suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises improve the function and easy operation, the deployment of convenience, economic security, customer resource management systems need to be addressed in this paper is the main problem.Firstly, this article analysed the functional demands and non-functional demands of this system, and did detailed description in the form of case on the basis of fully discussed in the issues which the customer resource management of small and medium-sized auto parts enterprises are facing.Secondly, on the basis of the demand analysis, we did structure design on customer's resource management system of small and medium-sized auto parts enterprises. First of all, brought forward design aims and principles according to the system demands, then did designs on the technology structure and functionl structure of the system. Technology structure mainly considerd the safety and performance issues of the system, so used C/S structure. Take VB6.0+SQL Server2000 as the exploitation condition.In the function structure design, the first was making out the general function structure of the system and carried out a detailed analysis of the composition of the system.Thirdly, this part did detailed analysis and design on the system according to truss design structure of system. Then did description to the detailed design of the main function modules of the system.At alst, did detailed expatiation on the database design of the system and finished the data-base moleding.Fourly, The general realization of the system was analyzed, given the general realization of the system modules and the realization of view, then focused on the detailed design of user entry's management and the arithmetic of staff management.During the realization of the system, considered the system is developed and designed for small and medium-sized auto parts enterprises, in order to enhance the friendly function of the system interface and system fault-tolerance, save development costs and easy system deployment,we discussed the realizations of "Forms Segmentation", and more about the realization of the "Balloon ToolTips" technology, "brief code research" technology, and carried out a detailed analysis on " Anormity Handling Technology" of the system.Finally, this article did simple introduction on the Customers Resource Management System's application of small and medium-sized auto parts enterprises, and brought forward recommendations for further improving.To sum up, we considered the requirements of the small and medium-sized enterprises and on the basis of considering the practice of applications of the small and medium-sized enterprises' CRS. We designed and realized the CRMS which accord with the ststus of Ludebei Auto Light Co., Ltd., aim at the CRMS of small and medium-sized auto parts enterprises, and lay a certain foundation for the modern management and standardization work of Ludebei's CRM.
