Small And Medium-sized Electronics Manufacturing Erp System Is Designed And Implemented

Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system is an integrated enterprise management information system, which has been developed gradually since the nineties of the twentieth century. It's used in large enterprise only for a long time, and it is not regarded as a suitable tool for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). However, SMEs have a series of problems in their high-speed growth and development process, and more and more SMEs employ the ERP system to improve their management level and promote the development of SMEs. Therefore, there are intensive requirements for applying ERP system existing in SMEs. There are high risks in implementing an ERP project, since it is a complicated system engineering process. The main research goal of this dissertation is to find an ideal method for the ERP application in SMEs by solving the application problems.A general requirement plan is presented by analyzing the workflows of Netcore Technology CO. LTD according to the ideology of software engineering, which has similar demands as the common SMEs. Furthermore, the modules of ERP system are abstracted and analyzed separately, and the detailed design for each module has been done, including module factor design, required data structures, and so on. The specific implementation scheme for each module is proposed, which includes the whole process from data structure design and code implementation to final module formation. The testing results of the system develop in this dissertation show that: it has the performance of high response speed and steady operation when one hundred users use it simultaneously.Different from other ERP system, the ERP system developed by this dissertation substitutes the Production Order for traditional ECN(Engineer Change Note) as the production engine. The PMC(Produce & Materiel Control) is the master-control centre in plant, and it pass the Work Order to each production, manufacturing and maintenance departments to guide the production process. The system can be used in many SMEs, and it is significant for regulating the daily management of the SMEs.
