Study On The Production Management System Of ERP In Small And Medium-sized Manufacturing Enterprises

Compared with the developed countries, there is a phenomenon of China's small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises with significant labour-intensive, low-tech, low value-added products and technology to the neglect of the development of processing characteristics, and the result is uncompetitive in the fierce market conditions. The core competitiveness of modern enterprises has changed into enterprise management from scale and funds of enterprises. The adaptive management software must be used to improve the level of management in the information time. So it is very important that ERP is used in enterprises in this conditions. Just under this condition, leading into ERP has an important sense for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in china. According as the development of information technology, ERP has got more and more application during our manufacturing enterprises, which made an important function raise the level of enterprise management and increase the enterprise benefit.This thesis mainly analysed the characteristics and the feasibility for the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises to carry out ERP , in order to solve the problems of process designing and job shop scheduling, this paper proposed the CAPP , analysed the data of the process , created the process database and applied the XML technology with the ERP system integration to improve the former technological design, which had such shortages as more time for design mission, high demand for technological personnel and being not to complete the mission in time, this way could improve the product quality and the production efficiency, it also saved money. At the same time , it could provide accurate process data for the ERP system to develop a production plans with reliable information; Introduced the genetic algorithm in the job shop scheduling, optimized the process routes scheduling, it could be reasonable and balanced using of the workshop production resources. Finally, the conclusions has been simulated and presented using MATLAB software.
