At present, the SME(Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises) have been playing an important role in our national economy, which distributed in all walks of life, and competitive pressures have forced companies increasingly pay an attention on the management of HR(human resources).Meanwhile,with the development of IT(information technology),the efficient integration of HRM(human resource management) and IT has becoming an inevitable trend. The traditional PMS(personnel management system) can help companies achieve query, statistics and reduce the cumbersome and inconvenient of manual operation,but it has an limited function.For example,the lack of personnel attendance and planning function,and can not meet the demand of the human’s development and management.In the view of above problems,the paper with the actual needs of SME,making analysis,research,improvement based on the traditional PMS.Firstly,realize the user login,personnel information’s function,etc.Secondly,combined with the idea of human resource planning,help the companies realize information manage in the human forecast,reserve and transfer.Thirdly,realized employee attendance, insurance information and wage statistics function,make the attendance quantitative results and insurance to the range of salary statistics,unify the above data,helping enterprise know the result.The statistics of salary include the calculation of tax,for making the salary statistics more specific,scientific,perfect.Finally, through the repeated testing, the above functions can be realized.According to the demand analysis,the system bases on C/S architecture,using MS SQL Server 2008 as the background database,to develop and implement in the VS 2010 environment by C# programming language.
