Design And Implementation Of SME Customer Relationship Management System Based On J2EE Platform

With the continuous development of science and technology,information technology has more and more applications to the enterprise.it's useful for Business to strengthen the management of customer information,to meet customer's individual needs,enhance customer service quality,promote enterprise to retain old customers and develop new customers for companies to reduce operating costs,expand markets and continue to bring user value to provide support through the development of customer relationship management system.At present,some of China SME CRM systems and cannot effectively integrate with other enterprise management systems.Therefore it is necessary to design a CRM system to further improve the system can be combined with specific industry practice,broader scope,we combined with the popular J2EE technology and S2SH framework,drawing on the advantages of the advanced CRM system,we proposed a customer relationship management system to build the program,and gives the system design implementation.The main work can be summarized as following:Firstly,we reviewed the current needs of small and medium business customer relationship management system according to the problems of the actual needs of enterprises for customer relationship management and existing management,conducted a detailed needs analysis.Secondly,the system architecture discusses customer relationship management system.Good architecture design,security systems is a basic requirement of the functional requirements and non-functional requirements.Therefore,we use MVC design concept and designed a set for the development of SMEs customer relationship management system based on J2EE development platform,and finished database design and functional detail process.Finally,we implemented a prototype of customer relationship management system based on management system prototype,can achieve marketing management,customer management,service management,statistical reports and underlying data management module.Finally,the basic function of the SME customer relationship management system has been tested system,the actual effect is verified by the availability,feasibility and reliability of the system.Featured topics and innovation can be summarized as following:(1)The system has good stability,security lines,scalability,ease of maintenance,etc.,fully meeting the business needs of SMEs,but also saving development costs.(2)The system is based on the MVC design pattern which separates the view,model and controller,so that we can focus on their own affairs and improve the efficiency of software development.
