With the development and application of information technology gradually, Enterprise information construction is not only an important means of improving competitiveness, but also a new management revolution of higher level. Through the implementation of customer relationship management system to enable enterprises to use information technology tools to enhance core competitiveness, speed up operations to enhance efficiency, the formation of a successful operation and management modelThe basic concept of customer relationship management system has been introduced in this article.Through the implementation of customer relationship management system to enable enterprises to use information technology tools to enhance core competitiveness, speed up operations to enhance efficiency, the formation of a successful operation and management model. In this paper an overview and analysis of the information system design background of customer relationship management, the mechanical equipment management of the company’s equipment needs and the status and shortcomings are analyzed. Secondly, the relevant technology of customer relationship management in the design and development of information system involved are elaborated, including JSP technology, SSH framework and design patterns based on Web service. According to the requirements, detailed design of the customer relationship management system, using the combined method of design of UML and design of information system, the main modules of the system:(1) customer service management module;(2) customer management module;(3) the complaint management module;(4) the specific design process equipment sales management module. Finally carries on the test to the customer relationship management system, the test includes two aspects, which are the functional testing and performance of the test, in function tes; in performance test, operation by simulating a large number of users at the same time scene to test the pressure bearing ability of information system, and the test data was analyzed.
