As information technology is widely applied in the world, every industry is facing massive information data to process, in order to improve customer service level and provide unique service to customer, securities companies usually build their own information system to achieve business goals. According to actual business need of a securities company, customer relationship management(CRM) system has been conducted using the software engineering knowledge and theory. The research and construction include the following:First of all, business requirement analysis is carried out with the relevant departments, results in the detailed the requirement analysis report. Secondly, based on the analysis results, a system prototype is designed and verified with stakeholders, and the implementation design is based the practices of JAVA EE technology. The customer relationship management system is divided and implemented as several modules,consists of customer management, customer information, contact information and customer feedback modules; Customer service management subsystem, links customer service, information service, activity planning, customer care service and customer survey; Marketing management subsystem to manage contract agent business data and making marketing activities, and classify business data for statistical analysis; Common information management subsystem shares information in time across the company; System management subsystem module makes import and export of large amounts of data to integrate company organization information. Finally, the system is well tested in each phase of development to ensure its correctness.This work utilize the concept of software engineering process to the customer relationship management system development, from the phase of requirement analysis, general design, detailed design, implementation to system test, this paper reviews the system planning and development process. The resulting system provides convenient functions and friendly UI, easy maintenance, system performance is stable and the database schema is highly scalable, At present, this system has been working successfully and greatly eased the process of customer management.
