The Desing And Implementation Of The Banking Customer Relationship Management System Based On The J2EE

With China’s economic development and various types of private businessincreased rapidly, the domestic commercial banks has become more and more focus oncustomer relationship management system construction in recent years. The bankleadership or customer manager staff always still put eys on the customer telationshipmanagement theory for a long time, rarely on the design based on the moderinformation technology.A banking customer relationship management system is designed and implementedaimed to the problem in the actual situation of the domestic commercial banks based onthe theory of customer relationship management and the successful experience offoreign banks. Firstly, the key technology and the background of the customer system isdiscussed in detail, on the basis of the analyasis bank customer management systemuser characteristics,the system functional requirements and non-functional requirementsis acquiered. Combined with the objectives and principles of the bank customermanagement system, the layering technology architecture and function modules aredesign by using UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling language. In the designof functional modules, the characteristics of some of the main features of the system andthe composition discussed in detail.It put emphasis on the database design, the logic ofthe system’s main entities associated with the model and the data table structure in thebank customer relationship management system. Finally, then the key points of thesystem layered module design based on the J2EE layered architecture model isdescribes by use the MVC (Model View Controller) design pattern, and the layers ofclass is design in detail. The system is divided into the source data acquisition The fivemain module, customer management module, financial, statistical analysis module,knowledge base management module, system management module describes thefunction of the system implementation process, combined with a specific platformBIMWebsphere support J2EE framework for encoding database system using SQLServer2005, the application layer using the system business module is implemented inJava, using Jsp Html user interaction module, given some of the key code and achieve the effect. Finally, the deployment and implementation of the system environment isdiscussed too, and then the major test case is analysis of the test results is given anddescribed.In this paper, the bank custormer system has friendly interface, strong dataprocessing ability, simple and convenient use, maintenance and low cost, as long assome parameters of the system a little modification, can be extended to customermanagement of commercial banks, as banks customer relationship management andprovides a convenient and fast, as the client manager provides certain decision-makingsupport, has a higher application value.
