Research And Implement Of VIP Customer Relationship Management System Of Ballk Based On J2EE

Facing the severe competition situation, business banks focus their attention on "the clients-center service", so the Customer Relationship Management(CRM) is introduced into the conducting process of the business banks. The newly prompted idea in the thesis is the new CRM administrative ideal and systematical design ideal pertaining to the administrative system on VIP clients.The system design is based on J2EE,using struts and MVC design model. The whole plan of the system is based on loosely coupled layered design. The structure from Database layer to Presentation layer is Oracle+Hibernate+ZhongHeng Framework+Struts.The thesis mainly introduces the key techniques,including the technology of the background statistic processing system and the foreground statistic display system. The thesis designed a program of System testing.The accuracy and feasibility of the system has already been proved.
