| The CRM systems of the domestic banks have been constructed and researched in recent years.Its research background is the rapid increase of all kinds of private business with the rapid development of China's economy.For a long time,both leaders and customer managers make the construction of customer relationship management based on the management,organization and personnel training,and rarely explore the construction of customer relationship management system from the perspective of technology.The customers of credit cooperatives mainly consist of farmers,civil servants,small companies,individual industrial and commercial households for the loan amount.Other commercial banks are mainly state-owned enterprises,central enterprises and large-scale listed companies.At present,the operation of rural credit cooperatives may face massive market information and customer service information.In this case,traditional way will not only cause great waste in the financial,material and human resources but also easily lead to vulnerabilities and errors in business,resulting in huge economic losses.So it is an effective way to improve the efficiency of rural credit cooperatives to build a CRM system of rural credit cooperatives,which is based on information,sy stematization and intelligence.Therefore,the research of this thesis has practical significance.First of all,the thesis introduces the mode structure technology based on J2 EE framework,describes the main technology used in network banking system at the same time,and puts forward the information management of bank customer relationship.Then,the thesis analyzes the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the rural credit cooperatives' CRM system,and uses the Mysql database to realize the classification,statistics and evaluation of the transaction data in the bank management,and the development and testing of the customer relationship management system of the rural credit cooperatives,while the development and testing of the rural credit cooperatives' CRM system is realized.The system uses the B/S structure system and MVC design model,based on J2 EE standards development framework,while adding a number of open source frameworks.Developers implement the encapsulation of most of t he operations,enhance the performance of the system while in the simple development of the system,greatly reduce the time to build the system and improve the efficiency of development.This system can be fully qualified for the existing and extended bank ing management services,such as account management,business application,business review,business approval and supervision,etc.This paper is strictly follow the method and principle of software engineering,in the respect of system analysis,system design,system and testing link,proble into the development process of engineering management information system in detail. |
