With the advent of the Internet, the number of China’s Internet users in a blowout type growth, at the same time, electronic commerce has widely developed in the development of our country. In front of the huge amount of users and the amount of data, just to manage the huge amount of members, and the user group is a very troublesome thing, not to mention how to analyze and deal with the various production data generated by the business. The traditional manual method is not only inefficient, high error rate, but also consumes a lot of manpower and material resources and financial resources, cannot meet the needs of the information era of fierce market competition. The customer relationship management system can greatly improve the efficiency and cost of customer management.The Shenyang one company’s CRM(Customer Relationship Management) system was launched in early 2009, with the business development of the company and the industry, as a result of the development of new business, the system needs to meet the needs of members attribute diversification, personalized recommendation and other new features. The company decided to develop a new CRM customer relationship management system based on J2 EE and My Batis technology, in order to carry out efficient management of large customer base.In this paper, the customer relationship management system for Shenyang one company is designed, and the design and implementation of Shenyang one company customer relationship management system based on Web is described in detail. The system is on the basis of J2 EE. Taking into account cost, development time, ease of use and other factors, the system uses B/S structure and MVC pattern, uses SSH framework. At the same time, according to the needs of users, the system is developed by using Eclipse 4 as the development tool, using JAVA as development language, using Mysql as database, and using Tomcat as running server. System first introduced topic development background and significance of the research, and then introduces the core technology of the system development. then this paper analyzed and designed this system based on the demand of the Customer Relationship Management system, including the overall situation, functional and non-functional analysis. In the part of system design, overall framework design, function module design and database design are discussed. Through the analysis and design, the Shenyang one company customer management system is divided into six major modules, and the development of customer relationship management system of Shenyang one company is completed. Finally, the bank customer relationship management system for the software testing, the results show that the function is consistent with the demand. The implementation of the system bring great convenience to Shenyang one company’s CRM at all levels, and can greatly improve work efficiency, while helping to advance the entire process of CRM informationization.
