In the competitive market economy, good customer relationship management system (CRM) is a key factor for any enterprise to live and develop. The use of advanced customer relationship management system for the real estate industry is imminent. Customer Relationship Management (Customer Relationship Management) stressed based on the advanced management concept and took the modern information technology as a means to create a customer-oriented, advanced business model. The enterprises manage customers according to the lifetime value of customers. And improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by tracking customer needs, achieving the aim of corporate profit maximization.With the changes of the competitive environment, customer relationship management as a business strategy was paid more and more attentions by the real estate industry. However, its application is not mature. There is no fixed technical model. The implementation of customer relationship management system is a complex process, involving not only the technical application aspects, but also management reform such as the business restructuring and the allocation of resources. Through analyzing the J2EE architecture, B / S model and customer relationship management strategies, this paper designed and implemented an open real estate customer relationship management system based on the J2EE platform, which ensures the integration and scalability of the system.The first three chapters of this article introduce the concept, development background and management philosophy of the customer relationship management, describing the significance, the necessity and feasibility of the real estate customer relationship management system in detail. In the same time, an in-depth understanding of the key technologies that involved in the process of developing the customer relationship management in real estate industry.At the last few parts of the paper, the detailed design and code implementation of the customer relationship management system is described in detail. In this part, we introduced the specific function of each module, its realization method and the relevant screenshots. Finally, testing and operation of the system is conducted.In summary, this paper gives a detailed analysis on the customer relationship management system of the current real estate based on previous studies and explorers the advantages and disadvantages of the present customer relationship management system. According to the actual situation of the real estate, we put forward a new model for the system implementation. In the system implementation process, we adopt the more popular implementation model from the technical, management, strategy and business processes. This system can embody the management philosophy of "customer-centric" very well.
