Objective:Acupuncture li kou acupuncture point in the process of heart rate variability in patients with cerebral infarction in the time domain index(SDNN,RMSSD)and the frequency domain index(TP,LF,HF,LF/HF)such as the change of the indicators for analysis. Methods:A random selection of 30 patients with acupuncture and moxibustion in the first affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine was selected as the research object.Including 16 male,14 female,40 to 70,average age of 55.9 plus or minus 10,08.The needle is in the left side of the patient's left side of the bank, and tell the patient to lie on his back and stay quiet.Acupuncture operation conforms to the safety operation standard of acupuncture and moxibustion.Experimental apparatus using medilog(?)AR12 dynamic ecg recorder monitoring the indicators of heart rate variability,Selection of acupuncture on the left side of the li kou hole 5 min before, when the needles are inserted, lines(acupuncture 10 min),needle acupuncture 20 min(at the time of the needle)and the needle after 5 min,a total of five points to record time,Using SPSS22.0 for statistical processing.Choose the average heart rate BPM quantitative index and heart rate variability SDNN,RMSSD,LF,HF,TP,LF/HF,VLF,HF,LF%as observation indexes,Observe the changes of various indicators at different time points and summarize the rules. And compared with the five minutes before acupuncture.Analyze the experimental results to draw the conclusion.Results:1.The Mean BPM value is a slight drop in the time of the needle and needle, and the p<0.05 is statistically significant,The other time points were compared with those before acupuncture, although there was slight fluctuation in the value, but all p>0.05 was not statistically significant.2.In RMSSD acupuncture, there was an increase in the value of the needle and the needle, but the statistical treatment of p>0.05 was not significant.3.The comparison value between the SDNN index row needle and the acupuncture point was increased, and p<0.05 was statistically significant. The other time points were compared with those before acupuncture, although the value was increased, but p>0.05 was not statistically significant.4.The PNN50 points were lower than those before acupuncture, but the amplitude was small, and the statistical treatment of p>0.05 was meaningless.5.The value of LF was significantly reduced after acupuncture, when the needle was injected, when the needle was produced, and the value of the needle was less than that before acupuncture.p<0.01 was statistically significant.6.The value ofHF was significantly reduced after acupuncture, when the needle was injected, when the needle was produced, and the value of the needle was less than that before acupuncture.p<0.01 was statistically significant.7.The value of VLF was significantly decreased when the needle was punctured, when the needle was in the needle, and the value of the needle was less than that of the needle before acupuncture, and the statistical treatment of p<0.01 was statistically significant.p<0.05 was statistically significant when the needle was released.8.ULF was significantly increased after acupuncture, when the needle was in the needle, when the needle was out,and when the needle was in the needle, when the needle was in the needle, when the needle was in the needle,p<0.01 was statistically significant.P>0.05was not statistically significant.9.The value of LF/HF acupuncture was significantly higher than that before acupuncture, and p<0.01 was statistically significant.10.The value of LF%was significantly lower than that before acupuncture when the needle was punctured, when the needle was in the needle and the needle was out,and the statistical treatment of p<0.01 was statistically significant.11.The value of HF%was significantly lower than that before acupuncture when the needle was punctured, when the needle was out and the needle was out,and the statistical treatment of p<0.01 was statistically significant.12.The value of VLF%was significantly increased when the needle was punctured, when the needle was produced, and the value of the needle was higher than before acupuncture, and p<0.01 had significant statistical significance.13.The value of ULF%was increased when the needle was punctured, when the needle was produced, and the value of the needle was higher than before acupuncture, and p<0.01 had significant statistical significance.Conclusion:1.The LF and LF%of the patients with cerebral infarction can be reduced by acupuncture and li kou acupoints, indicating that the acupuncture and li can inhibit the sympathetic excitability.2.Li kou point acupuncture can reduce cerebral infarction patients with HF,HF%numerical, prompt li kou acupuncture point can inhibit the vagus nerve excitability.3.The ratio of LF/HF in patients with cerebral infarction can be increased by acupuncture and li kou acupoints, indicating that the acupoints of the acupoints can adjust the balance of the sympathetic and vagal nerves4.The effect of acupuncture on the heart rate variability in patients with cerebral infarction was significantly influenced by the acupoints of li kou.
