Experimental time should be more than 1 hour after the meal, quiet condition.The experiment operator of the whole experiment has many years’ experience in the acupuncturist. to locate all the participants according to taking point standard of the textbooks for the theory of meridians and acupoints.Make a contrast analysis with the fastest heart rate (HRmax), the slowest heart rate (HRlllin), average heart rate (HR), RR interphase standard deviation (SDNN), the phase difference between adjacent RR (MSD), the absolute value of the average RMS value of the phase difference between adjacent RR (RMSSD), Edinburgh index (PNN50) before and after the acupuncture.Entry all data into, establish the database, measurement data with mean ±standard deviation (x±s), make the statistical analysis the change rule of every index applying the SPSS20.0 statistical software before acupuncture, retaining needle, needle and after the needle out. Statistical methods using t test of variance analysis, P< 0.05 there are significant difference in statistics.Result:(1) Acupuncture on the left side of the Chi Ze points, needle, needle after 5 min, needle 10min, needle after 15min, needle after 20min,5min after the needle and needle before 5min contrast in HF%, LogLF/HF, ULF%, VLF%. after dealing with the statistical software, there are significant differences. And HF after statistics software treatment don’t have statistical significance after statistics software treatment 5 min before acupuncture,5 min after acupuncture,15 min after the acupuncture and 5 min after the needle.(2) Acupuncture on the left side of the chiZe,5min before the needle, when the needles are inserted,5 min after the needle,10 min after the needle,15 min after the needle,20 min after the needle,5 min after the needle. The LF, PNN50, RMSSD, SDNN, VLF, after dealing with the statistical software,there are no significant differences.
