Objective:Through clinical research, Yin Ling Quan clear whether acupuncture points have a heart rate variability in patients with cerebral infarction (heart rate variability) affect whether patients with cerebral infarction can cause autonomic nervous function changes in patients with cerebrovascular disease clinical treatment The combined autonomic nervous disorders provide a reference. Methods:randomness included in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine hospital treatment of 30 patients (18men and 12 women, aged 40-80 years old). with cerebral infarction study.30 patients embodiment acupuncture treatment Yin Ling Quan points, respectively, before treatment 5min, acupuncture, acupuncture 5min, after acupuncture 10min, after acupuncture 15min, after acupuncture 20min,5min needle after use medilog(?) AR12 Holter recorder monitoring 30 patients, heart rate variability, data high-frequency power (HF), low frequency (LF), LF/HF and LF%, VLF%, ULF% etc. are derived, and the SPSS data entry 20.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of acupuncture before and the needle, needle, needle after the index changes, (P <0.05) with statistical significance.Results:1. HF%, LF%, HF, LF and acupuncture before comparison is decreasing(P<0.05),2. ULF%, VLF%compared with before treatment rise(P<0.05),3. LogHF/LF acupuncture, acupuncture before and after the needle were significantly higher (P<0.05),4. PNN50, SDNN after an acupuncture needle and the former was significantly lower (P<0.05),5. RMSSD, ULF, VLF acupuncture when, after acupuncture, acupuncture before and after the needle relatively no change significantly (P> 0.05).Conclusion:1.Yin Ling Quan acupuncture points can effective control of the patient’s autonomic nervous system balance.2.Acupuncture Yin Ling Quan point had significant effect on the HRV of cerebral infarction patients.
