Objective:By acupuncturing Hegu acupoint on the left side of the patients after cerebral infarction, recording the changes of HRV index at different intervals of the acupuncture,to observe the influence of HRV on the patients, discussing the effects on the autonomic nervous system, providing the basis for the clinical application of this acupoint in the treatment of cerebral infarction with autonomic dysfunction.Method:Selecting 30 patients after cerebral infarction patients randomly,15 male patients and 15 female patients.Acupuncting the Hegu acupoint on the left side, detecting the HRV index with dynamic electrocardiogram-medilog AR12(?)and recording the MRV index Mean BPM?SDNN?RMSSD?TP?HF?LF?LgLF/LgHF at 5 minutes before acupuncture?after the needle insertion?after the needle stimulation?at the time of the needle removal and sminutes after the needle removal time point. Then established the database to do the statistics analysis with SPSS17.0 software, measurement datas are indicated by((?)± S).Results:1.Time domain analysis index:1.1The mean heart rate was significantly lower(P<0.01)compared with that before acupuncture, and the average heart rate was 5 min after acupuncture(P<0.01),suggesting that acupuncture on the left side of the Hoku can reduce the heart rate.1.2LgSDNN and LgRMSSD were not changed at all time points after acupuncture, but the change was not obvious. The statistical results showed no significant difference(P>0.05).2.Frequency domain analysis index:2.1LgTP at acupuncture at all time points before and after acupuncture were no statistically significant(P>0.05);2.2LgHF had significant statistical significance at all time points after acupuncture compared with acupuncture before acupuncture(P<0.01);2.3LgLF at acupuncture and needle(10min after acupuncture)compared with acupuncture before the significant statistical significance(P<0.01),and There was no statistically significant difference between the needle and the needle after 5 min(p>0.05);2.4LgLF/LgHF was statistically significant(P<0.01)at 5min after acupuncture, compared with before acupuncture(P<0.01),but at other time points was not.statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture the Hegu acupoint on the left side of the patients can be cerebral infarction patients with reduced mean heart rate.2.Acupuncture the Hegu acupoint on the left side of the patients can be cerebral infarction in patients with increased vagal activity.
