Purpose:Through the observation of the heart rate variability in patients with cerebral infarction in acupuncture on the left side of the courtyard point in the process at different time points of change to explore the effect of acupuncture on cerebral infarction in patients with sympathetic nerve and vagus nerve, and clinical treatment in patients with cerebral infarction selected patio points provide a theoretical basis.Method:We screened 30 eligible patients with ischemic stroke in recovery period. Patients are the outpatients in the second clinics of acupuncture department in the first hospital affiliated to heilongjiang university of Traditional Chinese medicine,. The average age was 50.02 ± 7.03, the duration of disease was 23.05 ± 5.93 days. Acupuncture in patients with left atrium points, the use of Medilog & reg; arl2 dynamic ECG recorder (to where) record of acupuncture in patients with a success rate variability changes, before acupuncture the patients were instructed to rest 10 minutes were recorded before acupuncture 5min, acupuncture, acupuncture 5min, after acupuncture 10min (needle), 15min after acupuncture and after acupuncture 20min (needle),acupuncture 5min seven time points, record the parameters of HRV values LF,HF,SDNN,RMSSD,VLF,LF/HF and derived data. The data input SPSS 19.0 software for statistical analysis, compare the changes of each parameter every 5 minutes, P<0.05 has statistical significance. In order to ensure the accuracy of the experiment, the experimental process is operated by the same experienced acupuncture and moxibustion.Result:1.LF in the acupuncture point of the courtyard after the reduction of varying degrees, which after acupuncture, lOmin,15min after acupuncture, acupuncture,20min, after 5min and the needle out of the 5min were significantly reduced (P<0.05).2.HF in the acupuncture point after the raise points are reduced to varying degrees, including acupuncture, acupuncture, after the time points were significantly reduced (P<0.05).3.LF/HF Compared with the acupuncture, the changes of the different time points after acupuncture and acupuncture were not statistically significant (P>0.05).4.SDNN Compared with the acupuncture, the changes of the different time points after acupuncture and acupuncture were not statistically significant (P>0.05).5.RMSSD Compared with the acupuncture, the changes of the different time points after acupuncture and acupuncture were not statistically significant (P>0.05).6.VLF Compared with the acupuncture, the changes of the different time points after acupuncture and acupuncture were not statistically significant (P >0.05).Conclusion1.Acupuncture at the left atrium can reduce the value of LF in patients with cerebral infarction, and reduce the excitability of sympathetic nerve.2.HF in the patio point acupuncture has the varying degree reduced, which 10 minutes after acupuncture (do the needle),acupuncture after 20 minutes (the needle),the needle 5 minutes have decreased significantly (P<0.05).3.Acupuncture points on the left atrium in patients with cerebral infarction LF/HF no significant effect, do not change the balance of the autonomic nervous system.4.Acupuncture point of the left atrium in patients with cerebral infarction had no significant effect on SDNN.5.Acupuncture point of the left atrium in patients with cerebral infarction had no significant effect on RMSSD.6.VLF has no significant changes in the experimental process.
