Objective:Through the acupuncture of Zusanli, to observe the changes of heart rate variability in patients with cerebral infarction, of Zusanli is caused by the change of autonomic nervous function in patients with cerebral infarction, for clinical treatment provide the basis for. Methods:All the volunteers were the patients in the Department of neurological department of internal medicine, Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine. According to the criteria of cerebral infarction,30 cases were selected, including 10 men and 20 women, aged 40-80 years old, mean age 58+9 years old. Were acupunctured Zusanli, AR12 dynamic ECG recorder. In acupuncture 5min before, acupuncture, acupuncture lOmin (needle), after acupuncture 20min (needle), 5min after the needle, five time points, the value of the reference of HRV records, data high-frequency power (HF), low frequency (LF), LF/HF and LF%, VLF%, ULF% etc. are derived, and the SPSS data entry 20.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of acupuncture before and the needle, needle, needle after the index changes, (P<0.05) with statistical significance.Results:1 Acupuncture at Zusanli If using value and a needle after 5min of LF using value compared with the reduction of the acupuncture 5min before, P< 0.05, with statistical significance. After acupuncture 5min, after acupuncture 10min (needle), after acupuncture 20min (needle), compared with before acupuncture 5min, LF and LF% value decreased significantly, P< 0.05, with statistical significance.2 Acupuncture at Zusanli HF, HF%value and a needle after 5min of HF, HF%value compared with the reduction of the acupuncture 5min before, P< 0.05, with statistical significance. After acupuncture 5min, after acupuncture 10min (needle), after acupuncture 20min (needle), compared with before acupuncture 5min, HF and HF% value decreased significantly, P< 0.05, with statistical significance.3 Acupuncture at Zusanli when LogHF/LF value and acupuncture 5min, after acupuncture 10min (needle), after acupuncture 20min needle, a needle after 5min of LogHF/LF values significantly increased compared with before acupuncture 5min, P < 0.05 has statistical significance; after the needle with acupuncture 5min 5min before compared, LogHF/LF value was significantly increased (P< 0.05) is statistically significant.4 Acupuncture at Zusanli VLF% ULF% value of acupuncture and 5min, after acupuncture 10min (needle), after acupuncture 20min needle, a needle after 5 min VLF%, ULF% values significantly increased compared with before acupuncture 5min, P< 0.05 has statistical significance. Compared with the 5min before and after acupuncture, the VLF% and ULF% values were significantly increased, and P<0.05 was statistically significant.5 Acupuncture at Zusanli at different time points of SDNN, pNN50, RMSSD compared the results obtained the difference has no statistical significance. Conclusion:Acupuncture at Zusanli can be reduced in patients with cerebral infarction of the LF and LF% value, improve HRV of patients, reduce patient’s sympathetic nerve activity.2 Aacupuncture at Zusanli can reduce cerebral infarction in patients with HF and HF% value, improve heart rate variability in patients, patients with reduced vagal activity.3 Acupuncture at Zusanli can LogHF/LF cerebral infarction patients with higher expectation, can regulate the balance of the sympathetic and vagus nerve in patients with cerebral infarction.4 Acupuncture can increase VLF% and ULF% in patients with cerebral infarction, can regulate the autonomic nervous system in patients with cerebral infarction.
