Research On The Effect Of Acupuncuuring Shenmen On Heart Rate Variability In Patients With Cerebral Infarction

Objective:The changes of heart rate variability in patients with cerebral infarction were analyzed in the process of acupuncture at Shenmen,and it was discussed whether Shenmen could affect the autonomic nervous function of patients with cerebral infarction and put forward a new method for clinical treatment.Methods:30 patients were randomly selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,including 16 males patients and 14 women patients,aged 40-70 years old.The average age is 53.33 ± 8,55years old.All the patients acupuncture shenmen point in the left arm,the patients were told clam and rest.When the skin of shenmen point and the hands of operator was cleaned and disinfected before acupuncture.The experimental instrument is AR12 dynamic ECG recorder,5min for the time interval,including before acupuncture 5 min,acupuncture,5min after acupuncture,hand-manipulating of needle,5 min after hand-manipulating of needle the needle and5min after the needle.After the experiment was completed and shut down,the data were derived,the data entry SPSS17.0 for statistical analysis,selected mean BPM,SDNN,RMSSD,LF,HF,VLF,LF%,HF%,LF/HF as for observe indicators,observed the changes of the indexes at different times,and were compared with the first 5min before acupuncture,analyze the experimental results and get conclusion.Results:1 There is a significant statistical significance in comparing acupuncture with the 5min before acupuncture(P<0.05)in mean BPM,and hand-manipulating of needle and 5minbefore acupuncture,the value of mean BPM is decreased(P<0.01).There is no significant statistical in the rest of points compared with 5min before acupuncture(P>0.05),although the numerical decreased.2 5min after acupuncture,hand-manipulating of needle,5min after hand-manipulating of needle,the needle,5min after the needle and 5min before acupuncture,the value of RMSSD has increased(P>0.05),but there is no Statistical significance.3 Acupuncture,hand-manipulating of needle,the needle,5min after the needle and 5min before acupuncture,the value of SDNN is increased(P>0.05),it is not statistically significant.There is no significant statistical significance in comparing the rest of the points with the 5min before acupuncture(P>0.05),even the numerical reduced.4 The value of HF and LF are lower at all time points than 5min before acupuncture(P<0.01),and there is a significant statistical significance.5 The values of VLF in acupuncture,hand-manipulating of needle are lower than 5min before acupuncture(P>0.05),is not statistically significant.There is no statistically significant in comparing the rest of points with 5min before acupuncture(P>0.05),even the numerical increased.6 The value of LF/HF in acupuncture,hand-manipulating of needle is significantly increased than 5min before acupuncture(P<0.01).The value of LF/HF in 5min after acupuncture,5 min after the hand-manipulating of needle,5min after the needle and 5min before acupuncture(P<0.0 5)is increased,with statistically significant;the value of LF/HF in the needle compared with 5min before acupuncture(P>0.05),although increased Large,but it is not statistically significant.7 There is statistically significant in the value of HF%in comparing 5min after acupuncture with 5min before acupuncture(P<0.05),with slightly decreased;HF%of the value of hand-manipulating of needle,5min after hand-manipulating of needle,the needle,5min after the needle and 5min before acupuncture(P<0.01)is decreased,with statistically significant.There is no statistically significant in comparing the value of HF%in acupuncture with 5 min before acupuncture(P>0.05),although the numerical decreased.8 The value of LF%in acupuncture,5min after acupuncture,5min after hand-manipulating of needle,the needle,5min after the needle and 5min before acupuncture(P<0.01)is decreased,with significant statistics.There is statistically significant in the value of LF%in comparing hand-manipulating of needle with 5min before acupuncture(P<0.05)was decreased.Conclusion:1 Acupuncture Shenmen can reduce the value of HF and HF%in patients with cerebral infarction,suggesting that acupuncture at Shenmen can suppress the excitability of the vagus.2 Acupuncture Shenmen can reduce the LF and LF%value of patients with cerebral infarction,indicating that acupuncture Shenmen can suppress the excitability of the sympathetic.3 Acupuncture Shenmen can increase the LF/HF value of patients with cerebral infarct ion,indicating that acupuncture Shenmen can adjust the sympathetic nerve and vagus nerv tension balance.4 Acupuncture Shenmen on heart rate variability in patients with cerebral infarction has a significant impact,and there are certain consequences.
