Objective:Through the acupuncture in patients with cerebral infarction(CI)Dazhong point, record the different time periods in the process of acupuncture in patients with heart rate variability(HRV)the change of time domain and frequency domain index,in order to investigate acupuncture Dazhong point on the autonomic nerve function of patients with cerebral infarction and the effect of brain for clinical application of Dazhong point treatment and provide reference for treatment autonomic nerve dysfunction after cerebrth death. Methods:This experiment included in 30 patients with cerebral infarction, are from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture clinic.Including 17 males patients and 13 women patients,The average age is 59.4 ± 7.6,the average duration 46.4 ± 15.0 days.Instructed the subjects lie on their back quietly and acupuncture the left side of the Dazhong.Using dynamic ecg recorder(medilog(?)AR12)record before acupuncture(acupuncture 5min before the clock point),acupuncture, while retaining needle(lOmin)after acupuncture Dazhong point, when the needle(clock point after 20min),after the needle(clock point after 25 min),a total of five time point of HRV time domain index(PNN50,SDANN),frequency domain index(HF,LF,VLF,ULF,LF,HF%,VLF%,ULF%).SPSS22.0 software is used to analyse the data, the data converted to satisfy normal distribution and conforms to the homogeneity of variance with repeated measurement data analysis of variance,to satisfy the normal distribution but can not meet the needs of homogeneity of variance data using nonparametric tests, analyze the the experimental results and get conclusion.Results:1.The value of PNN50 was increased in comparison with that before acupuncture(P<0.05),while that of other points was slightly increased compared with that before(P>0.05).2.There was no significant change in SDNN values at the time of acupuncture,at the time of needle retention,at the time of needle release, and after needle release,as compared with before the time of acupuncture at the Dazhong(P>0.05).3.The value of RMSSD increased in comparison with that before acupuncture(P<0.05),while the value of other points increased slightly compared with that before(P>0.05).4.The value of LF significantly decreased when the needle was used for acupuncture, when the needle was retained, when the needle was removed, and after the needle was removed, compared with before the time of acupuncture at the Dazhong(P<0.01).5.There was no significant change in VLF values at the time of acupuncture,at the time of needle retention,at the time of needle release, and after needle release compared with before the time of acupuncture at the Dazhong(P>0.05).6.The value of ULF increased compared with that before acupuncture(P<0.05),while the value of other points increased slightly compared with that before(P>0.05).7.The value of HF significantly decreased when the needle was punctured, when the needle was retained, when the needle was removed, and after the needle was removed, compared with before the time of acupuncture at the Dazhong(P<0.01).8.The value of LF%decreased significantly when the needle was used for acupuncture, when the needle was retained, when the needle was removed, and after the needle was removed(P<0.01).9.The value of VLF%was significantly increased at the time of acupuncture,at the time of needle retention,at the time of needle release and after needle release compared with before the time of acupuncture at the Dazhong(P<0.01).10.The value of ULF%increased significantly when the needle was punctured, when the needle was retained, when the needle was released, and after the injection, compared with before the time of acupuncture at the Dazhong(P<0.01).11.The values of HF%were significantly decreased when the needle was acupuncture, when the needle was retained, when the needle was exited and after the needle was exited compared with before the time of acupuncture at the Dazhong(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture on Dazhong point can reduce vagal nerve tension in patients with cerebral infarction.2.Acupuncture on Dazhong point can reduce sympathetic nerve tension in patients with cerebral infarction.3.Acupuncture on Dazhong point can adjust the balance of autonomic nerve in patients with cerebral infarction.
