Objective:To observe the changes of average heart rate(BPM),heart rate variability(SDNN and RMSSD)and frequency domain indexes(LF,HF,TP and LF/HF)in different time periods through acupuncture Tongli point(HT 5)on the left of patients with cerebral infarction and study its effects on the patients with heart rate variability with acupuncture Tongli point(HT 5),which can provide reference data for the clinical application of acupuncture in the treatment of autonomic nervous dysfunction after cerebral infarction by Tongli point. Methods:A total of 30 cases of volunteer inpatients with cerebral inf-arction(male:13 cases,female:17 cases)according to inclusion criteria were selected with the average age 60.9 + 5.8.Tongli point(HT 5)on the left was chosen to acupuncture using medilog(?)AR12 dynamic electrocardiograph recorder to monitor the indicators of SDNN,RMSSD,HF,LF,LF/HF and TP were measured before acupuncture, the time of inserting needle, retaining needle, withdraw needle and after withdrawing the needle.HF,LF,TP,RMSSD and SDNN were transformed to LgHF,LgLF,LgTP,LgRMSSD and LgSDNN and LF/HF adopted transformed LgLF/LgHF.The statistical method was used to analyze the variance analysis of repeated measurement data and the correlation sample Friedman.Results:1.Time domain indexes of average heart rate(BMP)and HRV:The overall trends of BMP and LgRMSSD were higher at five time points, but the numerical changes were not obvious(P>0.05);The value of LgSDNN at hand-manipulating time was higher than before acupuncture(P<0.05).2.HRV frequency-domain indexes:The values of LgLF at inserting time, remaining time, withdraw needle time and after withdrawing the needle significantly reduced than before(P<0.05);The value of LgHF at inserting time, remaining time, withdraw needle time and after withdrawing needle time significantly reduced than before(P<0.05);The value of LgTF after withdrawing needle time reduced than before(P<0.05);The values of LgLF/LgHF at inserting time, remaining time, withdraw needle time and after withdrawing needle time significantly increased than before(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture Tongli point(HT 5)on the left side can reduce the activity of vagus nerve.2.Acupuncture Tongli point(HT 5)on the left side can improve the activity of sympathetic nerve.3.Acupuncture Tongli point(HT 5)on the left side can regulate autonomic nervous tension...
