Objective:To observe the change of each index of HRV by acupunc-turing Shaohai point, explore the effects of acupuncturing Shaohai point on the HRV of cerebral infarction patients.Method:All 30 cases come from the wards of The First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang Chinese Medicine College, including 16 cases of male patients,14 cases of female patients. There are 19 patients with infarction in the left and the right side of the 11 cases. The average age of 53.57±8.00.Do research after get the oral promise. There were no significant difference in age, basic heart rate and the courses of disease in different genders after statistics processing.(PAge=0.661,PBasic heart rate=0.186, Pcourse=0.207,P>0.05).After the completion of the preparation of experimental conditions, turn on the dynamic electrocardiogram instrument of medilog(?) AR12,5 minutes later choose the Shaohai point on the left limb, inserting and hand-manipulating of needle after regularly disinfect the point and after cleaning the handlers hands. Utilize mild reinforcing-attenuating technique after 10 minutes, pull the needle out 20 minutes later, then shut down the instrument after continues to record the date 5min.It need 30min during the whole operation and needle retaining time is 20min.Discuss the results and conclusions after comparing the index of before and after acupuncture and different time between each group according to time domain and frequency domain analysis methods.Results:The results of time domain analysis methods, there was statistically significant difference in comparing hand-manipulating the needle with 5min before inserting needle in the Min BPM (p<0.05), numerical value decreased.There was statistically significant difference in comparing withdrawing of the needle 5min later with 5min before inserting the needle in the Max BPM(P<0.05),numerical value decreased.There was statistically significant difference in comparing inserting the needle with 5min before inserting the needle(P<0.05)in the Mean BPM,numerical value decreased. There was statistically significant difference in comparing inserting the needle with 5min before inserting the needle(P<0.05)in the PNN50,numerical value increased.There was statistically significant difference in comparing hand-manipulating the needle with 5min before inserting the needle(P<0.05) in the SDNN,numerical value decreased.There were statistically significant differences compare with the index of different time between each group to the index of before acupuncture in the results of frequency domain analysis methods. ULF has statistically significant difference when inserting the needle and withdrawing of the needle 5min later (P<0.05),numerical value increased.There was significant difference when hand-manipulating the needle 10min later(P<0.01),numerical value increased.VLF has statistically significant difference when inserting the needle 10min later. ULF%、 VLF%、 Log LF/HF have statistically significant difference compare with the index of different time between each group with the index of before acupuncture (P<0.01),numerical value increased.LF%、 HF%、 HF、 LF have significantly lower than that before acupuncture (P<0.01),numerical value decreased.To compare the results at each time point, there are no statistically significant difference in comparing the index of inserting the needle 5min later, inserting the needle 15min later and with drawing of the needle (P>0.05).VLF and ULF have statistically significant difference by comparing inserting the needle, inserting the needle 10min later and inserting the needle 20min later to inserting the needle and inserting the needle 10min (P<0.05),numerical value increased.LF%、ULF%、 ULF are statistically reduced by comparing inserting the needle 10min later to inserting the needle 20min later. VLF、ULF、 SDNN have statistically significant difference by comparing inserting the needle 5min later to inserting the needle 10min later(P<0.05), numerical value increased.ULF 、ULF% have statistically significant difference by comparing inserting the needle 10min later to withdrawing of the needle(P<0.05), numerical value decreased.VLF、 ULF have statistically significant difference by comparing inserting the needle 15min later to inserting the needle 20min later(P<0.05),numerical value increased.Conclusion:1、Acupuncture Shaohai point that can significantly reduce the HF%and HF of patients with cerebral infarction, which is main reduce the vagus nerve activity.2、Acupuncture Shaohai point that can significantly reduce the LF% and LF of patients with cerebral infarction, which is main reduce the autonomic nervous tension.3、Acupuncture Shaohai point that can significantly increase the ULF、 VLF、 ULF%、VLF% and Log LF/HF of patients with cerebral infarction, which is main reduce the sympathetic nervous activity.4、 Mild reinforcing-redrucing method can enhance the effect on the ULF、VLF、ULF% and LF% of patients with cerebral infarction.5、There is a significantly effect on the HRV of cerebral infarction patients by acupuncture Shaohai point and there is a sequelae after withdrawing of the needle from Shaohai point.
