Study On AP1000 Nuclear Power Plant Document Control Of Y Company

Nuclear power plant is a construction project which has high technology content,long construction period and large investment.Nuclear engineering documents are important information carrier of project construction and the first-hand information of equipment installation commissioning,operation and maintenance.Engineering documents play an important role in the process of power station equipment for localization,Change transformation and material substitution,etc.In the process of document control,there are many sorts of problems which have bad effects to the project progress and affect the quality and promotion of the entire project.So the research of project engineering documents control has great significance.Y Company under construction AP1000 nuclear power project is a two-loop million kilowatt of PWR NPP.According to the project,this paper states the current management situation of engineering documents,the working content of document control department,engineering document management processes and management cycle.Using several kinds of important engineering documents as examples,to explain the specific management process and analysis current important engineering documents' problems that need to be solved ASAP through the data statistics and modeling.From the point of view of personnel and technology,this paper using fishbone diagram to analysis the feasibility of problem solving and the causes of these problems.According to the main causes,this paper carries out some constructive and pointed measures that are strengthening personnel management and training and also constructing organization and procedures of document control department.Then this paper puts forward the plans of solving control process problems of these engineering documents and carries out the measures' implementation process and effect.Finally,to verify the effect and to compare with the target setting before and the effects are all meeting or exceeding the expected target.Study results optimized various engineering document control process,also improving a lot of difficult problems during creating and processing of current engineering documents.Strengthen the whole life cycle of the documents and the overall quality control.It promotes progress and quality of construction project.
