The success of the project has become an important factor to promote the healthy development of the industry.Although the success rate of the project has increased year by year in recent years,it is still lower than expected.With the continuous emergence of emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,5G communication and artificial intelligence,engineering projects have gradually become integrated,diversified and intelligent development,posing new challenges for improving the level of project management and promoting the success of projects.In the era of knowledge economy,the vigorous rise of knowledge management provides an opportunity for the reform and improvement of engineering project management mode.The core elements of the development and progress of the industry gradually tend to be "knowledge resources",which involve complex and fragmented knowledge resources,and a lack of effective integration and utilization in the management process.Construction industry personnel also realize that controlling "knowledge" is crucial to improving the project management level and promoting the success of the project.This study analyzes the shortcomings of project management knowledge update and transmission process,constructs the influence mechanism,and discusses the influence of project management knowledge update and transmission mode on project success.This study first systematically analyzes the connotation of engineering project management knowledge,knowledge update and knowledge transmission,and demonstrates the urgency and necessity of timely update and efficient transmission of engineering project management knowledge.Explore the needs of engineering project management knowledge update and transmission,combined with literature research,reveal the shortcomings of engineering project management knowledge update and transmission,—— low efficiency,lack of process system support,lack of knowledge collaborative management path,and lack of information control platform.Secondly,define the successful definition of this research project,and put forward the successful standard of engineering project based on the whole life cycle.According to the influence and problems of knowledge update and transmission,the role relationship on the project success is analyzed,and the conceptual model of the project success influence role is formed,which discusses the necessity of the influence mechanism construction of the project success.Thirdly,based on the "L mode" of process traction theory,the project successful impact mechanism based on "L mode" is constructed from four aspects: "four processes" system,nine elements accurate control mechanism,ERP knowledge update control mechanism,and BIM knowledge transmission collaboration mechanism.By building process organization,improve the communication efficiency of project management personnel,realize efficient update and transmission knowledge efficiency;use process traction technology to standardize knowledge update and transmission process,clear update and transmission path;based on ERP knowledge innovation and update platform,realize knowledge resources structured storage management,and realize workflow collaboration,knowledge synchronization update;BIM based knowledge sharing and transmission,integrate tacit knowledge resources in progress and cost models,realize accurate knowledge transmission.Finally,the influence mechanism is applied to WT project empirical,through the application of influence mechanism to realize efficient communication between personnel,workflow and participants effective coordination,progress,quality,cost and other knowledge in the construction process of synchronous update and accurate transmission,summarizes the WT project under the influence mechanism,in the project progress,cost,quality and related promotion effect,clear influence mechanism to promote the success of the project. |
