The quality of equipment is an important link to ensure and realize the safety goal of the nuclear power plant.The instrumentation and control system of nuclear power plants is an important protection and adjustment control system for nuclear power generating units.The quality of instrument and control system equipment is a part of quality assurance requirements in nuclear power plant item manufacturing.The stable operation of the instrument and control system is the guarantee of the safe operation of the nuclear power plant.In this paper,the nuclear power plant instrumentation and control system after the Fukushima accident improvement project as the basis,combined with the particularity of nuclear power engineering,using the methods of process,quality control and management of the transformation project of Japan after Fukushima nuclear power plant,the quality management tools is applied in the applicability in different stages and different problems during processing,which is based on the process approach from the particular requirements and characteristics for nuclear industry.In this paper,the definition and concept of quality management,as well as the method theory are summarized,and the PDCA quality control method suitable for the equipment manufacturing of nuclear power plant is determined.After that,this paper makes use of PDCA quality control method and quality analysis tools such as human,machine,material,method,ring and causality diagram to analyze the main links and processes of equipment production,manufacturing,assembly and whole machine debugging of nuclear power plant instrument and control system,and determine each of the main links and processes of nuclear power plant instrument and control equipment.The quality management methods and quality points of the process are given,and the specific quality objectives of each project's quality process management stage are given.In order to realize the target of equipment manufacturing quality management in nuclear power construction,this paper optimizes and improves the shortage and weakness in the quality management system of the nuclear grade equipment modification project.It sets the quality control point in the manufacturing process of the nuclear component equipment,the welding process,the whole machine debugging process,and according to the control point.The content carries on the witness and the inspection,combines the human,the machine,the material,the law,the ring and so on to analyze the root cause of the problems existing in each control link,through the PDCA cycle quality management method to carry on the quality management to the product,thus achieve the quality control to the product.It is verified by engineering practice that the method adopted is effective,and the quality of the project achieves the desired effect.
