The Research And Application Of Schedule Mangement In Tender Documents Compilation Of Urban Rail Traffic Signal System

At present the urban rail traffic has become the most important method to releasetraffic pressure. In recent years, China’s rail transit construction has entered a rapiddevelopment period. In the urban rail traffic, signal system undertakes the important task tocontrol the train operation and ensure the running safety. Rail traffic signal system as thesystem equipment directly related to public safety, signal system used by each city tracktraffic project will eventually produce after bidding. The bidding documents as the finalresults of the bidding work, the completion schedule and quality directly determines thesuccess or failure of the bidding work.On the basis of Theory of Constraints and Critical Chain Project Management andtheory of project schedule management theory, in-depth study of rail traffic signal systemof bidding document compilation process, and use the research results to practicalapplication. Through comparing examples of the bidding project, it proved that when theproject schedule management in this paper, the completion time and completion qualitysignificantly improved.
